Soddy-Daisy's Lanter Named Gatorade Girls Soccer Player Of The Year

Soddy-Daisy senior Summer Lanter was named 2012-2013 Gatorade Tennessee girls soccer player of the year.  Lanter is the first player from Soddy-Daisy High School to win the award.

Lanter scored 32 goals and had 17 assists this past season leading the Trojans to the Class AAA state quarterfinals.  She was the Region 3-AAA Player of the Year.  She had 100 goals and 43 assists in her four year career at Soddy-Daisy.  

Lanter will play soccer at Lee University in the fall of 2013.
