Officials said, "The groundbreaking ceremony, held on Monday, marks the commencement of construction on a dynamic hospitality venture set to drive further growth and meet the increasing demand in Cleveland.
"Strategically located at 4351 Frontage Road NW in Cleveland, the forthcoming development will feature a combined total of 140 keys spanning five stories, promising guests a modern and welcoming environment.
Notable amenities include 768 square feet of flexible meeting space and a refreshing outdoor pool, ensuring an unforgettable stay for business and leisure travelers. Construction is projected to be complete in mid to late 2025.
