The sale was to Promiseone Bank from Jeffrey W Maddux Tr, Lodge Of Chattanooga Llc.
It is located at 1410 Mack Smith Road.
The Budgetel was formerly known as the Superior Creek Lodge.
The property was earlier the focus of an action by the district attorney's office due to numerous police calls to that location.
