Jasmin Rippon
Jasmin Rippon has been named the new director of Annual Giving at Baylor School. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and over a decade in senior leadership roles, Mrs. Rippon brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and mission-driven philanthropy.
Most recently, Mrs. Rippon served as vice president of Development at Journey Health Foundation, where she led the transition of more than $9 million in assets and implemented strategies that expanded donor outreach and operational impact. Prior to that, she held roles with Alleo Health System, The Trust for Public Land, and Siskin Children’s Institute, leading capital campaigns, elevating donor stewardship programs, and successfully cultivating transformational gifts.
Mrs. Rippon holds a B.A. in communications with a focus on mass media and a minor in economics from Michigan State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, serves on the boards of the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Nonprofit Alliance, and is an active member of several civic and professional organizations.
Mrs. Rippon and her husband Erik are parents of Maddin Rippon ’29. When they are not attending Baylor events, they can be found skiing or exploring the Southeast in their camper van with their dog Charlie.
