Most recently, Mrs. Rippon served as vice president of Development at Journey Health Foundation, where she led the transition of more than $9 million in assets and implemented strategies that expanded donor outreach and operational impact. Prior to that, she held roles with Alleo Health System, The Trust for Public Land, and Siskin Children’s Institute, leading capital campaigns, elevating donor stewardship programs, and successfully cultivating transformational gifts.
