East Lake Health Education Outreach Event Set For May 9

  • Monday, April 29, 2013

A free health education outreach event for youth and families in the East Lake Community will be Thursday, May 9, from 2:30-6 p.m, at the East Lake Community Center on 3601 Dodds Ave., Chattanooga, Tn. 37407. 

Services will include Memorial’s Mobile Health Coach, Tn. Career Coach and other screenings to promote health education.

The event will be hosted by TENNderCARE, Parks and Recreation, and Building Stable Lives-Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults (East Lake Initiative).
