Stanley Whitman, 60, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, May 23, 2013.
He was a native of Altamont, Tn., and was preceded in death by his father, Elmo Whitman.
Survivors include her sons, Ransie Whitman, Tracy City, Renzo Whitman, Tullahoma; mother, Frances Whitman, Altamont; sisters, Carolyn Nunley, Altamont, Glenda Francisco, Virginia; brothers, Gary Whitman, Jasper, Ricky Whitman and Allen Whitman, Altamont; special friend, Charlotte Kennedy, Chattanooga; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, and a host of close friends.
Graveside services and interment will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 at Forest Hills Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 p.m. on Saturday at Wann Funeral Home.
Arrangements are by Wann Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chattanooga.
