Stinnett, Martha Ann Cain (Cleveland)

Martha Ann Cain Stinnett, 72, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Monday August 12, 2013 in a Chattanooga health care facility. 

She was the daughter of the late Lamar N. and Mary Cross Cain; and was also preceded in death by her brothers, L.N. Cain, Floyd Cain and Joe Cain; and her sisters, Ella Stinnett, Mary Sue Cain and Flora Britt. 

Mrs. Stinnett was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ray Stinnett; her daughters, Debbie Jenkins and her husband Barry and Tammy Fields and her husband Jerry all of Cleveland; her sons, David Stinnett of Cleveland and Ricky Stinnett and his wife Katie of Springfield, MO; three grandchildren; seven step- grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Baber of Chattanooga and Linda Stinnett and her husband Carl of Benton; her brother, Preston Cain and his wife Diane; and many nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, August 15 at the Temple Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Fox officiating. Interment will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 16 at Benton Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 14 from 5-8 p.m. at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes and Thursday, August 15 from 5-7 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church. 

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Temple Baptist Church 3070 Harrison Pike, Cleveland Tn., 37323. 

Jim Rush Funeral Home of Cleveland has charge of the arrangments.
