Ronald H. Boone, 62, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, August 15, 2013, surrounded by his family.

A native of Louisville, KY, Mr. Boone lived in the Chattanooga area since 1982. He was a jeweler by trade, and was co-owner of R&J Repair Service.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold B. Boone and son-in-law, Jerry Thompson II.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Mardi Jernigan Boone, mother, Evelyn Boone of Louisville, KY; daughter, Angela Thompson; son, Chris (Lacey) Boone and the loves of his life, his grandchildren, Trey, Keagen, and Aubrey; brother,Wayne (Pam) Boone; sister, Sharon (Mark) Patton; three nieces, Stephanie, Lauren, and Heather.

A Celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 305 W. 7th Street at Pine, Chattanooga. Interment will follow in the Memorial Garden.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Joey Gregory, his business partner and friend of more than 25 years.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, or St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 1-2 p.m. at St. Paul's prior to the service.

Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road.
