Maldonado, Fausto Andrade (Dalton)

 Fausto Andrade Maldonado, 69, of Dalton, GA, died Friday morning, August 30, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  

Fausto was born August 12, 1944 in Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, a son of the late Francisco Maldonado and Maria Andrade.   He was a truck driver by trade and a Roman Catholic. He was a devoted family man and loved to travel and explore the world.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Maria Marcela Sanchez Maldonado of the residence; son, Marcelo Maldonado of Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico; daughters, Veronica, Mariela and Rosa Maldonado; grandchildren, Natali, Fausto, Josiah, Francisco and Julio Maldonado all of Dalton, GA; sisters, Maria De La Luz Maldonado of Homestead, FL, Eva Agular of Brighton, CO, Ines Maldonado and Teresa Maldonado both of Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico; and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, September 2, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church at 11 a.m. with Father Jimmy Gil officiating.  He will be laid to rest at Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with his close family serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1.

Arrangements are by Ponders Melrose Chapel.
