Samuel Gene Maddox, age 75, Of Ooltewah, Tennessee, died on Friday, October 17, 2014.
Samuel is survived by his wife of 33 years, Ruth Maddox; children, Andy and Keith Maddox, Tena Pruett and William (Buckey) Burkhart II; grandchildren, Sarah, Bentley, Greer, Mally, Drew and Will Maddox, Kassidy Gilliam, Alexis Pruett; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Brayden Gilliam; brothers, Joe and Phillip Maddox.
His body was cremated and there will be no services to announce.
Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
