Kenneth Council, age 83, of Lyerly, Georgia, died on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Polk Medical Center.
Mr. Council was born June 6, 1929, in Mason, Ky., the son of the late Carroll and Ethel Sebree Council. He was a retired minister of music and a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include a sister, Nora Mullins; and brothers, Billy Ray Council, Gerald Don Council, and Bobby Council.
Interment services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21, in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.
