Collegedale's First National Night Out Is Postponed To Oct. 28

Due to probable rain on Tuesday, the city of Collegedale will be postponing its first annual National Night Out to Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Southern Adventist University's Campus at Thatcher South and Iles Drive.

The Collegedale Police Department will be joined by the Tri-Community Fire Department, Hamilton County EMS, Hamilton County 911 and Southern Adventist University's Campus Safety.  

The public is invited to come out to meet public safety personnel, learn about what they do, and the equipment they use.  

The police department will also be utilizing this event to collect food donations for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
