Troy Talmadge Gullette, 88, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a long-time resident of Kingston, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at his home.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II, and had retired after 40+ years with TVA, having worked as a shift engineer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Fitz-Gerald Gullette; son, Gary Michael Gullette; daughter, Linda Fay Gullette Hudson; brother, Alsar George Gullette; and sister, Maxine Gullette Bragg.
Survivors include his sons, Lawson T. Gullette of Sterling, VA and Richard E. Gullette of Chattanooga; brother, Charley Gullette of Camilla, Ga.; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Fay Ziegler and Mrs. Bobbie Henry, both of Chattanooga, and Mrs. Charlsie Fitz-Gerald of South Pittsburg; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 26, at 1 p.m. Central Time at the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
