Betty Huebner
Betty Ann Huebner (nee Hoffman), 83, died on Thursday, December 25, 2014, following a short illness.
She was a native of Sheboygan Falls, Wi., but had lived in Chattanooga for the last 40 plus years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherwood (Woody) J. Huebner, Jr., a grandson, Joshua Roberts, her parents, John and Ella Wagner Hoffman, two brothers, Adrain and Willard (Luella), two sisters, Eldine (Emory) Trossen and Caroline (Howard) Payne.
She is survived by a son, Jerome (Toni) of Rossville, daughter, Nancy Cunningham, of Red Bank, granddaughter, Jessy Cole Cunningham, grandsons, Ethan Cody Cunningham and Ryan High of Charleston,S.C., as well as several nieces Christine Schneider of Crossville, Tn., Pat (Jeff) Kirby, of Champaign, Il., Mary Payne of Sheboygan Falls, Wi., Peggy Montgomery of Sheboygan, Wi., and Cathy (Taylor) Chambers of Deforest, Wi., as well as three nephews, Brian Trossen (Judit) of Budapest, Hungary, David (Gerri) Payne of Helena, Mt., and John Payne, of Sheboygan.
She was an LPN and had been employed by Dr. James Drake, Superior Home Health and Tennessee Home Health in Chattanooga prior to her retirement in 1998.
She was a member of St. Judes Catholic Church and had been active in the parish library.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, Dec. 30, from 10–11 a.m. at St. Jude's Catholic Church.
A memorial mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Judes Catholic Church with Father Charlie Burton officiating.
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
