A 23-year-old woman and her 18-year-old boyfriend are facing charges after police said the boyfriend fired five shots at a woman and her four children.

The shots did not hit anyone, but went into the house at 520 Dodson Ave.

Facing five counts of aggravated assault each are D'Asiah Johnson, of 2464 4th Ave. and Brian "Coolie" Green, of 1 E. 11th St., Apt. 1111.

Green is also charged with two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon.

Police said the incident last Thursday was over baby formula.

A report said Ms. Johnson arrived at the residence and threatened to harm the woman who had "defended her grandmother's decision not to give her formula for her infant child."

Police said Ms. Johnson got in her white Crown Victoria with her infant child in the back seat and Green in the front passenger seat. They drove around the block, while the victim and the children stood on the front porch.

The vehicle approached and slowed down. Green put his hand out of the vehicle and began firing, the report says.
