Choir And Handbells Lead Easter Service At Hixson United Methodist

Easter services Sunday at Hixson United Methodist Church, 5391 Old Hixson Pike, will be at 8:30 and 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary, led by the Chancel Choir and Bells Angels Handbells.  The River Service will be at 11 a.m. in the Christian Life Center.

A Maundy Thursday service at 7 p.m. will be in the Christian Life Center. The service of quiet reflection and Holy Communion will be led by acoustic instruments and Bells Angels Handbells.

Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary, the choir and orchestra will have a dramatic presentation.

Saturday at noon in the chapel, will be a Holy Saturday service of meditation and hymns.

Then, from 2-4 p.m., in the Hixson ball field, there will be an Eggstravangza with over 10,000 eggs, 4 egg hunts, inflatables and crafts.
