A Stepping Out Evangelism Conference will be held at Woodland Park Baptist Church, 6835 Standifer Gap Road, Friday and Saturday, April 25-26. The conference will cover three Biblical principles to equip people to share Jesus in a practical and loving way, said officials.
The ways are through Contact - how to transform everyday situations into open doors; Connect -how to construct a bridge from a person’s worldview to a true understanding of a saving knowledge of Jesus; and Cost - how to communicate with clarity the biblical cost of believing and following Jesus.
Classes will be Friday from 6:30-9 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Snacks will be provided Friday night and a light breakfast and lunch provided Saturday. The cost will be $30 for adults and $15 for students. Register with the church office or online at woodlandpark.org.
