Ware, Lawanda Little (LaFayette)

Lawanda  Little  Ware,  77,  of  LaFayette, GA,  died  Friday,  April 18, 2014.


She  was  a  member  of  the  Gospel  Light  Fellowship  Church.


She was preceded  in  death  by  her  husband,  Hoyt  Williams;  son,  Jeff  Ware;  sister,  Betty  Ruth  Cook;  and  brother,  Bobby  Little.


She is survived  by  her  daughters,  Tara  Ware  Gooden  and  Michelle  Simmons,  both  of  LaFayette;  sons,  Roger  Ware  of  South  Carolina ,   Stacy  Ware  of  Germany  and   Joey  Ware  of  Ringgold;  sisters,  Sheila  Reed  of  Dalton,  Sharon  Elrod  of  LaFayette  and  Denis  Clopton  of  Chickamauga;  brother,  Bill  Little,  of  LaFayette; 16 grandchildren;  several  great-grandchildren; and  nieces  and  nephews.


Funeral  from  the  Gospel  Light  Fellowship  Church will be  Tuesday, April 22  at  2 p.m.  with  Pastor  Chris  Spears,  Pastor Malcolm  Harris  and  Pastor  Paul  Goodman  officiating. Pallbearers  are  grandsons. Interment will be  in  the  LaFayette  Cemetery.


Family  will  receive  friends  at  the  funeral  home  on  Monday, April 21 from  6-9 p.m.  and on  Tuesday, April 22  LaWanda  will  lie  in  state  at  the  Church  from  1 p.m.  until  service  time.


The  arrangements  are  by  Wallis-Wilbanks  Funeral  Home,  LaFayette.
