Youth Step Up Day At First-Centenary United Methodist

Sunday at First-Centenary United Methodist Church, 410 McCallie Ave., Dr. Doug Fairbanks will speak at the 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. sanctuary services on "Holding On Through Adversity," with texts from I Peter 4:12-14; 5:6-11. The Rev. Brian Davis will speak at the Vine service at 10:45 a.m. on "Mysteries of the Old Testament: Moses."  Sunday will be Step Up Day for Youth and there will be a Senior Acolyte recognition during the 10:45 a.m. sanctuary service.
 
Charles Hutchins, vice president of Development and Church Relations at Holston Home for Children, will be the featured speaker Monday at the United Methodist Women's General Meeting at 11 a.m.
in the Oak Street Center.
