Elwanda Murray
Elwanda F. Murray, 91, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, died on July 11, 2014.
She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Murray Sr., son, William C. (Bill) Murray Jr., great-grandson, Cris Painter, three brothers, Fred Gillespie, Kenneth Freeman, Jim Gillespie and half-sister, Glenda Wilkerson.
Surviving relatives are her son, Donald R.(Martha) Murray of Ooltewah, daughter, Linda (Terry) Holland of Knoxville, daughter-in-law, Gwen Murray, half-brothers, Gene Freeman, Jesse Freeman, and Ross Freeman, and seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many adopted family members.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mack Arnold and Pastor Brian Cannon officiating.
The interment will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, in Greenwood Cemetery, Knoxville.
