Thelma Adams, 86, of Dalton, GA, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mary Bryant; son, Ronald Adams; and brothers, Melburne, Frank, Grady, Ralph and Ernest Bryant.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Adams of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Carole Adams of Dalton; sisters, Frances Bryant and DeeEtte Bryant, both of Dalton; grandson, Matthew Adams of Dalton; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, August 24 at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Martin officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 23 from 5-9 p.m.
