Strip Commercial Center On Lee Highway Sells For $6 Million

A strip commercial center on Lee Highway has sold for $6 million.

The sale is to Jae and Gennie Lee from Lunsford Haisten One Llc.

The center is at 6033 Lee Highway between Hickory Valley Road and Shallowford Road.

It is fully leased and includes The Rush fitness center.

It is 6.47 acres with about 80,000 square feet of space.
