Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Sept. 5-11:

Angalica Smith, 26, of 38 Tyler Drive, Chickamauga was arrested September 5 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Alan Smith, 40, of 3818 Altamira Drive, Chattanooga was arrested September 5 on charges of driving while license suspended, seat belt violation and fugitive from justice.

Bradley William Bowman, 29, of 105 Rosalin Road, Rossville was arrested September 5 on charges of driving while license suspended, failure to obey traffic control device and seat belt violation.

Joshua William Barnett, 30, of 1013 Debbie Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 6 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Donnalyn Lucille Kimbel Johnson, 45, of 9585 Prescilla Drive, Chattanooga was arrested September 6 on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, drugs to be kept in original container, driving while license suspended/revoked and weaving over roadway.

Arlo Douglas Yarbrough, 35, of 23 Buck Drive, Chickamauga was arrested September 7 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joshua Edward Strange, 38, of 212 Shelby Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 9 on charges of financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.

Nicholas Adam Smith, 27, of 52 East Pine Circle, Ringgold was arrested September 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Mark Joseph Dyer, 26, of 1127 Edwin Lane, East Ridge was arrested September 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Kenneth Howard Beam, 47, of 584 Pine Grove Access #230, Ringgold was arrested September 9 on an outstanding warrant.

Brundage, 28, of 3917 Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone was arrested September 9 on charges of driving while license suspended and seat belt violation.

Patrick L. Dunigan, 28, of 24 Palmdale Drive, Chattanooga was arrested September 10 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Melissa Kay Weaver, 35, of 321 Nofsinger, Ringgold was arrested September 10 on charges of shoplifting and simple battery.
