Global Green Lighting Sued Over $100,000 Note

A suit has been filed in Chancery Court alleging that Global Green Lighting has defaulted on a $100,000 loan.

Don Lepard, president of the Chattanooga -based lighting firm, was also sued.

It was brought by William Thomas Yeates, of North Carolina, and E. Glenn Thames Jr., who is from Texas.

They said Mr. Lepard signed a guarantee of payment on May 16, 2011, and has since defaulted.

The suit was filed by attorneys William Hannah and Alexander McVeagh.
