Jane E. Wilson, 84, of Summerville, GA, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014, at her residence.
She was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
She was born in Walker County, GA on April 25, 1930, to the late William and Winfred Catlett Ellis; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo “Pete” Wilson; and siblings, Dorothy Brown, Manuel Ellis, Arthur Ellis and Coy Ellis.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Beverly Wilson; grandchildren, Kim Wilson and Lori Powell; great-grandchildren, Kristen Hines and Devan Powell; great-great-granddaughter, Payton Sizemore; sisters, Linda Mashburn and Gail Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, September 29 at noon from the J.D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Dempsey. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Garden. Active Pallbearers will be James Renslow, Rex Evans, Quinton Wilson, Mitchell Sneed, Doyle Brown and Henry Mashburn. Honorary Pallbearers Members of Midway Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 29 from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the Earle Rainwater Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
