Bennett And DeCamp Named Bradley County School Board Attorneys

Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC announced that attorney D. Scott Bennett, Esq. and Mary C. DeCamp, Esq. have been selected as School Board attorneys for Bradley County.

Mr. Bennett represents school boards across the state, including Hamilton County, Coffee County, Polk County, Grundy County and most recently, Bradley County.  He also represents utility districts, law enforcement agencies, individual law enforcement officers, and various private employers.  Mr. Bennett is an AV rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell. 

Ms. DeCamp is an associate in the Chattanooga office whose practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in several areas including employment law, education law, and general insurance defense. Ms. DeCamp has represented school districts, school boards, governmental entities, corporations, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of litigated matters.
