Wally's Friends Spay and Neuter Clinic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Northgate Mall from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The event will include a Spooky Pooches costume contest with celebrity judges. Owners are encouraged to dress in costume as well. Goody bags will provided for all participants. There will also be a kissing booth with "Jubilee," a once abandoned dog.
Pre-registration is $10 per dog and $5 per each additional dog. All proceeds go to free spay and neuter for families in need. Registration is available at www.wallysfriends.com.
