Lawanda Poole Ingram, 76, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015, in Collegedale.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Vance Ingram; her father, Henry Poole; and a granddaughter, Adrienne Johnston.
Mrs. Ingram was a long time cashier with Cooke’s Food Store with over 41 years of service and was a member of Valley View Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Bertha Poole Frady of Cleveland; her sons, Vance Allan Ingram and his wife Gloria, James Raymond Ingram and his wife Charlene and Benjamin Ingram and his wife Rhonda all of Cleveland; her daughter, Teresa Dianne Moses and her husband Willard of Hixson; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; her brothers, Danny Poole and his wife LeAnn of Cleveland, David Poole and his wife Debbie of Diamond Springs, CA; her sister, Robby Jones and her husband Bobby of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8 at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremations Services North Ocoee St. Chapel with Rev. Sam Melton and Rev. Cliff Hudson officiating. The interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 4-8 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
