Local Home Care Franchise Owners Recognized For Superior Customer Satisfaction

  • Monday, November 30, 2015

Local entrepreneurs and BrightStar Care owners, Rick and Amy Collett, were recognized at the national home-care franchise’s annual owner’s conference as distinguished recipients of the company’s Customer Satisfaction Award.

BrightStar Care is a national franchise with more than 300 locations that provide medical and non-medical care to private clients within their homes, as well as supplemental care staff to corporate clients. BrightStar Care offers a range of compassionate, person-centered care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors while also offering disease-specific care for individuals with chronic conditions.

The Colletts were recognized at the national conference for achieving a top customer satisfaction Net Promoter Score of 100% while exhibiting superior customer service to their clients.

"The impressive responses about BrightStar Care of Chattanooga by clients and their families speak volumes of the Colletts’ tireless work and personal care," officials said.

“This award is a great reminder that our personal efforts and commitment to providing the best in-home care has made a difference in so many lives. It’s an honor to be recognized for succeeding at something that you’re passionate about,” said Ms. Collett, co-owner of BrightStar Care of Chattanooga. “We’ve worked hard to achieve a high standard of care, and I couldn’t be more proud of our entire team.”

This marks the fourth year the Colletts have owned the BrightStar Care in Chattanooga. Mr. Collett previously had 25 years of healthcare experience as a hospital executive, while Ms. Collett came in with a marketing background. After Mr. Collett suffered serious injuries from a car accident that required him to have in-home care, the Colletts used their appreciation towards their nurses to kick start their new careers with BrightStar Care in order to provide the same services to their community that they had been so thankful for.

“Rick and Amy have gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers have the best experience possible,” said Shelly Sun, founder and CEO of BrightStar Care. “They are more than deserving of this award, as shown through their undeniable commitment and compassion towards the members of their community.”
