 Doug Mientkiewicz returns for his fourth year as a manager in the Twins organization, and second as manager of the Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts (Southern League). Mientkiewicz managed the Lookouts to the Southern League championship last season and managed Single-A Ft. Myers to the Florida State League championship in 2014.  

Ivan Arteaga begins his first season as pitching coach of the Lookouts, and his 16th season as a pitching coach in the Twins organization, after spending 2015 with Single-A Ft.

Myers. Stu Cliburn returns as Rochester’s pitching coach, a position he held from 2006-08.  2016 will mark Cliburn’s 25th season in the Twins organization 

Tommy Watkins will begin his first season as hitting coach for the Lookouts and his seventh overall as hitting coach in the Twins system.  Chad Allen becomes Rochester’s hitting coach after spending 2013-15 as hitting coach with Twins Double-A affiliates. 

Chris Johnson returns for his fourth season as trainer for the Twins Double-A affiliate and his 11th overall as a trainer in the Twins system.  Coty Greene joins the Lookouts as strength and conditioning coach, marking his first season with the Twins organization.
