There will be an Ash Wednesday Service tonight at 6 p.m. at Washington Hills United Methodist Church, 16 Hadley Dr. The Rev. Dr. Elston McLain will be preaching on "Trading Places," based on the Matthew 27 scripture concerning Jesus Barrabbas being chosen by the crowd over Jesus the Christ.
The Parish Choir will be joined by Washington Hills' Sanctuary Choir led by Nancy Westmoreland. Brother Warren Cross will be assisting on the organ as well as joining his tenor voice to the choir.
There will be a light repast after the service. All are welcome to attend.
