Grady Key, 73, of Dalton, GA and formerly of Copperhill, TN, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Cleo Key; and two brothers, Fred and David Key.
He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Masonic Lodge #702 F and AM.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Key of the residence; two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and William Schultz of Cohutta and Christi and William Stanley of Dalton; two sisters, Frances Cohen of Dalton and Judy Ferrer of Puyallup, WA; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Sonja Key of McCaysville, GA; grandchildren, Amelia Schultz of Cohutta and Misty McCalley and her husband Kevin of Dalton; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Monday, March 2, at 4 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond English officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. Pleasant Grove Masonic Lodge #702 F and AM will be in charge of graveside rites.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 1 from 5-9 pm.
