Thompson Pitches Ooltewah Softball Past Rhea County

Junior Monica Thompson pitched the Ooltewah softball team past Rhea County on Monday afternoon.

She struck out three while yielding three hits over five innings of work.

Allie Jones was 2-3 and scored a run.

Kayla Boseman was 1-3 and Shelby Sutton 1-2. Tyler Sullivan was 1-3.

Ooltewah improves to 4-1 and will host Soddy Daisy on Tuesday..
