Juanita Sue Woods, 67, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015.

She was born in Roane County, TN on June 18, 1947. Juanita attended East Cleveland Baptist Church. Juanita and Ernie would have celebrated their 50th anniversary in July.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bryson Sluder; and a niece, Marissa Sluder. 

Juanita is survived by her mother, Wanda Sluder; her husband, William "Ernie" Woods; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Carla Woods; one daughter, Heidi Baker and her husband Rick; her grandchildren, Bradley, Jordan & Hunter; her brother, James Sluder and his wife Mary Lou; one sister, Deborah Stewart and her husband Ed; and several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and special friends.

A celebration of her life is planned for Thursday, March 5 at 7 p.m. at the East Cleveland Baptist Church located at 1145 Arnold Street NE in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Joe Lockman officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday, march 5 from 4-7 p.m.

The interment and committal service will take place on Friday, March 6 at 11 a.m. in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Companion Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
