Funeral Service Is Friday For Dalton Woman Who Was Stabbed

Funeral services will be Friday for Glenda Sheryl Dyer, 47, of Dalton, who died after she was stabbed on Saturday at her home. Her husband, David Dyer, has been charged with her murder.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Tabatha and Nate Blue and Krystal and fiancé, Nathan Holt all of Dalton; mother and step-father, Janie and Spencer Harp of Tunnel Hill; brothers, Richard Cook, Jr. of Tunnel Hill, Gregory Harp of Cleveland, TN and Terry Harp of Tunnel Hill; and grandchildren, Chase, Sophia, Dasiah and Channing. 

The memorial service will be at 4 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev.

Mike Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 p.m.

Funeral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Pleasant Grove Chapel, Dalton.
