Prep Tennis Results Hixson Teams Defeat Lookout Valley

East Hamilton Girls, SD Girls, Ooltewah Boys, Winners

Hixson claimed a boys and a girls win Wednesday over Lookout Valley at the Chattanooga Racquet Club. The matches were played indoors and the teams used short pro-sets for singles play to expedite the play.

In boys action,  Lookout Valley forfeited in four singles matches and Hixson took wins in two others. Hixson also won two doubles matches by forfeit, but Lookout Valley's doubles team took an 8-0 win in the only doubles match that was played. Hixson finished 8-1 for the night.

In girls play, Hixson claimed all six singles and all three doubles matches to win 9-0. 

The Wildcats are now 7-3 over all. They remain undefeated in District 6-A/AA. The Lady Wildcats are 3-7 overall and have a 3-2 record in District play.
