Jeffrey Held
Jeffrey Keith Held, 38, of Harrison, Tennessee, died on Sunday, April 26, 2015.
He was born in Florence, Alabama and was a student at Bradshaw High School. He also attended the University of North Alabama and Pellissippi State in Knoxville.
Keith worked at the Doubletree Hotel in the hospitality department.
He loved playing disc golf, listening to music, comedy and computer science. His accomplishments included being a junior instructor and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate and Taekwondo.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William J. Held, grandmother, Sarah Cook, grandfather, J T Reeder, grandmother, Winnie Barnes, uncle, Samuel Held and stepdad, Alan Moultrie.
Survivors include his wife, Holly Anderson, of Ooltewah, mother, Annette Moultrie, of Harrison, father and step mother, Jeff and Angela Held, of Miami, brother, Ross Held, of Chattanooga, grandfather, Gerald Cook, of Bath Springs, TN, step grandparents, Glen and Joyce Moultrie, of Chattanooga, and extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens – East.
The family will receive friends from 12–2 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, at the funeral home.
