Bethany Lynn Scheffler, 22, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at a local hospital.
Bethany was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Gloria and Henry Autin; and paternal grandmother; Frances Scheffler.
She was a graduate of Howard High School in 2011and attended the Cornerstone Church of God. She loved music, “Herman and “Syren” (her dogs) and enjoyed being with her nieces and nephews. She touched the lives of people around her and was known as a loving daughter, sister and aunt.
Survivors include her mother, Coleen Autin Scheffler of Tempe, AZ; her father, David Scheffler of Chattanooga; sisters, April Harmon and her husband Mark of Cleveland and Rachel Scheffler of Chattanooga; one niece, Emma Harmon; two nephews, Jerry W. “Trey” Hooper, III and Ayden Harmon; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 23, at 10 a.m. from the Cornerstone Church of God, Cleveland, TN with Pastor Rick Sentell officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee Cemetery, McDonald, TN with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 22, from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church of God.
