Carl Lamar Atkins Jr., 57, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at his home.
He was employed by UNUM.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Atkins; father, Carl Atkins, Sr.; brothers, Tracy Atkins and Del Atkins.
Survivors include his brother, Michael (Lori) Atkins.
A Celebration of Life will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, at Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Hixson Hall at 115 Morrison Springs Road.
