RV Park, Storage Facility Planned On Randolph Circle

A 180-space recreational vehicle travel park and storage facility is being planned at 4155 Randolph Circle.

Peggy Holder is the property owner, and the proposal is by John and Karen Hawkins.

The couple plan to develop the entire 6.8-acre site.

There would be a residential unit for a full-time resort manager and security.

A manager building, office, baths, showers, and eight storage buildings are shown on the site plan to be located at the main entrance on South Access Road.

The main entrance would be from North Access Road and a secondary entrance at Randolph Circle.

The case comes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
