16 Apartments, Retail Proposed For 3-Story Building At North Market And Peak

Sixteen apartments as well as ground-level retail are planned at the corner of North Market and Peak Street.

John Langworthy is the property owner, and architect Craig Kronenberg is the applicant for a zoning change.

The three-story building would be build on an 0.88-acre site.

There would be two levels of apartments over the 8,500 square feet of retail space.

The site plan shows the three-story building to front Peak Street with parking to the rear.

Parking is accessed from North Market Street (entrance only) and Spears Avenue (exit only). Five back-out spaces are proposed on Spears Avenue.

The case comes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m.
