The faculty, staff and administration of the Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy along with founding sponsor, the Young Women’s Leadership Academy Foundation, invite the public to the commencement exercises for the graduating class of 2015.
Officials said, "We are extremely proud of the six young women who comprise the school’s third graduating class since it opened in 2009."
The ceremony will be held on Friday, May 15, at 6 p.m. at Redemption Point - Highland Park at 1907 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
This year’s valedictorian is Mariana Hernandez-Gutierrez and the salutatorian is Evelin Xiloj. The commencement speaker for the evening will be PEF Vice-President of College & Career Success Stacy Lightfoot. Ms. Lightfoot also serves on the CGLA governance board.
