Mobile Home Park Near Airport Sells For Almost $3 Million; Same Firm Buys Mobile Home Park On Shepherd Road

A mobile home park across from the Chattanooga Airport has sold for almost $3 million.

The Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park was sold to Jp Chattanooga I Llc from Whispering Pines Associates for $2,940,000.

The park is at 900 Airport Road.

The same purchasers bought the Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park nearby for $2,260,000.

It is located at 1708 Shepherd Road.

The sale was from Whispering Pines Associates.
