MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Biscuits beat the Chattanooga Lookouts 5-3 on Monday night to take four out of five from the first-half North Division champions at Riverwalk Stadium. It was the fourth loss in the last five games for the Lookouts after winning eight of nine games.

Inning-by-inning game Recap.

Adam Brett Walker homered for the third straight game and the fifth time in the last six games but it still wasn't enough for Chattanooga to scrape out a win.

Niko Goodrum added a solo blast and Max Kepler went 1-for-4 with a double.

Niko Goodrum's home run was his first of the season.

Miguel Sano didn't see a lot of good pitches as he was walked in two of his five tripe to the plate.

The team was a dreadful 0-for-9 with runners in scoring position and left 10 runners on base.

Patrick Leonard's RBI-double in the bottom of the second followed by a Cameron Seitzer three-run bomb off Jason Wheeler (0-1) in the third was enough for Blake Snell (5-2) to earn his fifth victory of the season. The left-hander mowed down the Lookouts, hurling six strong innings of one-run ball. The 22-year-old's lone blemish was serving up another gargantuan homer run to Walker who hit his minor league-leading 23rd in the fourth.

Tommy Coyle added an RBI-single of his own in the sixth.

Wheeler was forced out of the game with two outs in the sixth after giving up five runs (four earned) on seven hits with seven strikeouts. Brandon Peterson and J.T. Chargois finished out the game without allowing another run to score.

The Biscuits bullpen bent but did not break, Closer Bryce Stowell came on to put out the fire in the ninth, striking out Max Kepler with two on and two out to seal the Biscuit victory with tying run on base.
