Kelley Lovelace Is Special Guest at Riverbend Wednesday

Hixson High graduate Kelley Lovelace has become a surprise addition to the Riverbend line-up, as it was announced he would join the Wade Trammell Band on Wednesday, June 10 on the Chevy Stage at 8 p.m. The show would not have happened if not for the band Social Network agreeing to switch days to accommodate Mr. Lovelace. That right there should speak volumes about musicians cooperating for the better good in the local music scene.

Kelley Lovelace has written several number one songs for Brad Paisley and has so many credits with other performers it would almost be impossible to list them all. I’ll give you a sample though. Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Kenny Chesney, Lonestar, Randy Travis, Jason Aldean, Terri Clark, and Montgomery Gentry are just a few of his credits.

A former singing waiter at the Stationhouse in Chattanooga, Kelley Lovelace was born in Kentucky, but raised in the Chattanooga area. He currently resides in Franklin, TN. He is an ordained Deacon and has served at Brentwood Baptist Church. He also donates his time and talents as the celebrity spokesperson for Bethel Bible Village; a Christ centered home for children in crises. He personally organizes and performs his songs live to help raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities and ministries such as St. Jude, Live Beyond and Search Ministries.

The Alabama based Wade Trammell Band consists of Wade Trammell on vocals, Cory Sims on guitar, Pat Kilgore on guitar, Chris Buckelew on bass guitar and Jake Cofield on drums.
