Stephen Vincent Hurley, 65, of Cleveland, Tennessee, died on Monday, July 20, 2015.
He loved his family and friends and many times was there for them all. He loved to play horseshoes, play card and was a very good pool player. Steve was an avid NASCAR fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Vernon Hurley; step-father, Franklin P. Fritts; grandfather, John L. Clayton; and grandmother, Oneda G. Clayton.
He is survived by his mother, Christine Fritts; son, Brad R. Hurley; daughter, Lynne Hurley all of Cleveland; two brothers, Phillip Fritts and Brian M. Fritts both from Cleveland; six grandchildren, Brad, Axl, Destynee, Logan, Arianna and Lattel; three great-grandchildren, Kai, Ash and Walker; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.
A celebration of his life memorial service is planned for Friday, July 24 at 7 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24 at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m.
