Caliber Home Loans will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 1 p.m.
Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is a full-service national mortgage lender and servicer. Caliber has a variety of loan programs for purchase and refinancing and is led by a veteran senior management team that consists of mortgage banking professionals with a history of building successful national mortgage operations, said officials.
The Chattanooga staff is Brenda Lowe, Misty Smith, Ginny Runyan, Cheryl Whitehead, Stacy Colbert and Brandi Roden.
The office is at 6116 Shallowford Road, Suite 101 in Shallowford Commons.
