Morning Pointe Hosts School Supply Drive For Channels Of Love

  • Wednesday, August 19, 2015

Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove resident, Audrey Schanke and volunteer Hannah Manley filled bags full of brand new school supplies to deliver to Channels of Love Ministries in Chattanooga.

The supplies were donated by Morning Pointe residents, family, and staff at the Back To School Banana Split Bash event that recently took place at the memory care community. Channels of Love Ministries offers support and the compassion of Jesus to assist local families who have been affected by HIV & AIDS.

Morning Pointe residents are always looking for new ways to give back to the community and they were pleased with the amount of supplies collected to help students kick start the new school year.
