Sarah Maudie Sisemore, of Jasper, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
She was a retired teacher who taught for 39 years at Jasper Elementary School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah and Lassie Lockhart Cagle; brothers, Eston and Burton Cagle; and sisters, Helen Cagle Merrell and Bonnie Cagle Ridley.
Mrs. Sisemore is survived by her husband, Richard E. Sisemore; children, Clay (Angie) Sisemore and Becky Sisemore (Jeff) Hargiss; sister, Janie Cagle Smith; and grandchildren, Elijah Sisemore and Craig Hargiss.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 4:30 p.m. CDT on Sunday, Aug. 30, with Rev. Lynn Casseday officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. CDT on Saturday, Aug. 29 at the Tate Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
