James M. Cox Arrested For Trying To Steal A Caterpillar Backhoe Worth $60,000

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to 6881 Snowhill Road for a heavy equipment theft on Tuesday.
 
Deputies were informed a man was trying to steal a piece of heavy machine equipment.
 
Upon arrival, deputies located the suspect, James M. Cox, across the street trying to steal a Caterpillar backhoe valued at $60,000.
 
Cox was taken into custody and the piece of machinery was returned to the owner. At the time of arrest, it was also found that Cox had an outstanding burglary warrant as well.
